NEW CLIENTS: Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive electronic intake forms via email. Please ensure these are completed at least 24 hours before your appointment so your practitioner can review them in advance. This helps make sure your full appointment time is focused on your care.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee equal to full treatment value as per practitioners discretion.

We understand that illness and emergencies can happen. If you’re not feeling well, please don’t hesitate to call or text your practitioner to reschedule.
